Get set up

    Unzip it, then double-click start_all.ps1. Your token is already inside — nothing to edit. (See SETUP.txt.)

Full setup instructions
  1. Install Python 3 (python.org) — tick “Add Python to PATH”.
  2. Install ADB (Android platform-tools) and add it to PATH.
  3. Unzip the kit, open PowerShell in the folder and run pip install -r local_agent\requirements.txt.
  4. Plug in your phone(s), accept “Allow USB debugging”.
  5. Double-click start_all.ps1 — two windows open. Keep them open.
  6. In your panel: Devices → tick “Dial here” for your phones → Save. Offers → confirm the bundles you sell. Settings → your till & SMS keys.
